I purchased Tubular Lock and Key Set Keyed 1205 because I already had a 1205 installed on one of my boxes. I was sent Tubular Lock and Key Set Keyed 1201. I tried contacting customer service via phone. I left a voicemail and did not hear back. The following Monday I called back and was told that they tried calling on Friday which I never received a phone call. I was told that the 1205's where out of stock which is why they sent the 1201's. A different customer service agent sent a replacement order with 2 more keys but 1204's. With an email saying hope this helps. Why would this be done without confirmation from the customer. Now to get a third lock to match they want me to purchase a third lock set. I am weary of this because they will probably send a different set. Also, it is very inconvenient that it wouldn't just say it is out of stock in the first place, and why would you ship the first set without contact to the customer to verify. I would be fine with waiting until it was back in stock, but now I have to deal with all of this unnecessary hoopla.
