All around great tool box, great quality built. Drawer is a smooth open and clothes. Lid and rack suspension are exceptional. One flaw Iv had is the quality of the locking system. Iv had this box for 7 months and the locking system broke on me on the 2nd month. Completely came apart internally. Definitely recommend that they address that seeing as how tool security is a big priority.

I've been using this toolbox for a while. It is a solid built box. When I bought it my focus was on a better system for storing my combination wrenches. And for that this system has been great. I didn't pay a lot of attention to the socket storage and that is unfortunate. I find that whole system to be a mess. Larger 1/2" deep and regular sockets become a jammed up mess. Smaller drive sockets on the long pegs are a pain to access. Walking up to the chest it isn't obvious which socket is the size I need. Also the cordless tool storage is a crammed up mess. I've been trying to get used to this box but I think I'm going to end up selling it because I just find it to be a headache. I give it 5 stars for solid construction but as it ended up being something I hate having in my shop I can only give it 2 stars for actually usefulness.
