I have had it for four years and the spring broke on the latch and can’t get nobody to help me with fixing it. It is a 27 x17 triangle box mounted on my truck and when I hit a hole on the road it will open

Box arrived in new condition even though cardboard packaging was smashed and falling apart. Toolbox is high quality and functions as advertised. Handles were separate and had to be installed on the box. I had trouble figuring out which spot was for which tool (1/2” socket or wrench). Wish they provided stickers or at least a suggested location map for wrenches and sockets. Good value at $700.00. Would Recommend over drawer chest with plastic organizers. Thank You.

I’ve only had this one for a few weeks now but I have been flying it on and off barges with a crane and throwing it in the back of trucks and it still looks brand new and doesn’t spill tools if you tip it over
