The maximum product weight is the total maximum combined weight of the unit and all of the contents. This capacity is largely determined by the load rating of the casters – the larger the load rating, the more weight the cabinet will hold. Please consult your owner’s manual to find the maximum product weight for your unit.

How do I choose the right tool chest or cabinet?
Consider the following questions when choosing to purchase a new tool chest or cabinet:
How many tools do you need to store? Gather and count your current tool collection. Your tool storage will need to fit it all – pay special attention to the size and cubic storage capacity of the models you are considering. Also, consider that you may want to purchase new tools in the future, so you need to have room to grow. Our tool storage options are flexible: you can start with just a chest or cabinet, and then add the matching unit later.
What size are your tools? If you need to store mostly small items such as hand tools or parts, choose a unit with a lot of small drawers, or choose one of our triangle toolboxes. If you need to store mostly bulky items like power tools, choose a unit with large drawers.
How much room do you have in your workspace? We offer toolboxes as narrow as 36” and as wide as 72” to fit any possible space.
How much portability do you need? Can you get away with a stationary tool chest, or will a rolling tool cabinet make your work easier? We also offer a range of triangle toolboxes that can be mounted on trucks or other vehicles.

We offer shipping to the contiguous United States and select locations in Canada through www.montezumastorage.com. Unfortunately, at this time our website cannot offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador, or other countries. For shipping to these locations, please contact us for a freight quote at service@montezumastorage.com or 1-800-459-4409 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, CST). You will be responsible for freight charges to your location. Orders outside the contiguous United States and Canada are eligible for a 10% discount.

Returns
Am I able to return my product?
Customers may return any product purchased, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new and resellable condition, and returned in accordance with our return guidelines.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt.
What do I do to return my product?
Please email service@montezumastorage.com or call 1-800-459-4409 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, CST) to request a Return Merchandising Authorization form ("RMA").
Please note that your RMA will require you to return the item at your own expense and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Montezuma requires that you return your product with all the original packaging material.
Montezuma cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Please be sure to properly package and insure all return shipments.
Montezuma will not accept any shipment sent C.O.D.
Credit will be given to the original purchaser, for the original purchase price, less applicable restocking fees. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
What is the cost of returning a product?
Credit will be given to the original purchaser, for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees and shipping fees to return the product to Montezuma will not be refunded.
Warranty Service and Replacement Parts
What is your warranty policy?
Most of our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
If you feel that the product is defective, email service@montezumastorage.com or call 1-800-459-4409 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, CST).
If the product is determined to be defective, we will replace the defective part at no cost to you. In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, we will notify you how to proceed. A copy of your original purchase receipt must accompany the returned product.
How do I obtain replacement parts?
You can order replacement parts on our website at https://www.montezumastorage.com/collections/replacement-part.
